Upper Half of the Body: Direct & Indirect Techniques
September, 27-29, 2019Participants will be able to perform a spinal assessment and sequencing of the upper quarter to identify and treat mechanical restrictions in the rib cage, cervical, thoracic, and upper extremity areas using muscle energy techniques and functional indirect techniques.This course is a combination lecture/lab/demonstration course to instruct participants in the principles, evaluation, and treatment techniques involved in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the upper quarter utilizing osteopathic muscle energy techniques and functional indirect techniques.
Lower Half of the Body: Direct & Indirect Techniques
December 6-8, 2019 Early Bird Price is $550-After Early Bird Deadline (Oct. 25) Registration Fee is $600Participants will be able to perform a spinal assessment and sequencing of the lower half of the body to identify and treat mechanical restrictions in the pelvis, sacrum, lumbar, and lower extremity areas using muscle energy, HVLA, functional indirect techniques, and strain/counter-strain methods (S/CS).This course is a combination lecture/lab/demonstration course to instruct participants in the principles, evaluation, and treatment techniques involved in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the lower body utilizing osteopathic muscle energy techniques and functional indirect techniques.
Group Private Tutorials: Skill Building (Dec. 6 Session)

These four hour session tutorials focus on the principles, evaluation, and treatment techniques involved in the diagnosis and treatment of complex musculoskeletal disorders of the upper and lower body utilizing any combination of muscle energy techniques, HV/LA, strain/counterstrain techniques and functional indirect techniques. Each private tutorial experience will be tailored to the skill level(s) of the practitioner and unique learning will occur each tutorial session. Time will be spent treating actual patients and other practitioners in the group.

This Group Private Tutorial will focus on the principles, evaluation, and treatment techniques involved in the diagnosis and treatment of complex musculoskeletal disorders of the lower body utilizing any combination of muscle energy techniques, strain/counterstrain techniques and functional indirect techniques. Each private tutorial experience will be tailored to the skill level(s) of the practitioner and unique learning will occur each tutorial session. Time will be spent treating actual patients and other practitioners in the group.This session will concentrate on optimizing skill level(s) of participants and expanding weekend learning of treatment for pelvis, Lumbar Spine, Thoraco-Lumbar area and the Lower Extremity.
